Do you have the vision to surpass your own ambitions? CPM are looking for a Business Unit Director to help us drive sales for our global brand clients.

We're looking for someone with expertise in direct selling, including the ability to devise strategies to recruit, retain and manage performance of field teams to achieve impressive results, as well as a thorough understanding of cost/profit drivers.

You'll be managing truly global clients, so you'll need to have a sophisticated grasp of senior-level commercial relationships and modern marketing tools across a wide range of industries, enabling you to develop and implement strategic plans to grow sales and profit within an existing client base.

Working with the Commercial Director, your role will be to lead, develop and motivate the client service team to deliver agreed turnover and profit targets for your clients within CPM. You will seek growth opportunities through developing existing and new business and by broadening the range of services delivered to each client. You will be responsible for the day-to-day management of the business unit division, to both encompass the values of CPM and derive maximum profit through lean and efficient systems and process.

To reach and surpass these goals, you'll need to be educated to 'A', and probably degree level, with a minimum of 10 years' commercial experience gained primarily in field marketing, marketing services and/or sales environments.

This role demands the highest level of personal presentation, excellent team leadership and interpersonal skills, including advanced presentation and negotiation skills.
