'Give and Gain' - a company-sponsored volunteer scheme, has been launched by CPM. As an employer we take corporate social responsibility very seriously and we already actively participate in a range of charitable activities - recently raising nearly £60,000 by hosting a fundraising dinner in aid of Access Sport.
The new 'Give and Gain' initiative enables individual staff members to become more involved in charity work. For 'Give and Gain', CPM allocates a time bank of 200 days' paid volunteer work each year. Each employee is entitled to apply for two of these days. They can be used to work or fundraise for any registered charity of the employee's choice.
