CPM have won a major contract to provide in-store field sales support for Diageo’s prestigious brands in the Grocery retail channel.
A new team of 20 people will be strategically working nationwide alongside Diageo’s in-house team, adding expertise, intelligent data analysis, sales tools and training – geared to maximising sales for drinks brands including Smirnoff, Gordon’s, Baileys, Bell’s and Guinness.

Two key appointments boost CPM’s retail strength

Two key appointments boost CPM’s retail strength

CPM has made two strategic appointments to support our continued strategy to be Famous for Sales.

Karen McGinn has been appointed to the new role of Director of Retail Development, having previously headed-up our New Business team. Karen has extensive retail experience, having previously held senior positions at both The Co-op and, most recently, Asda, as well as a range of roles driving retail sales for some of the UK’s leading brands through grocery, high street and specialist retail channels.

A second appointment is Kate Ryan, who has joined the company as Business Unit Director for CPM’s Tactical Division.  With over 20 years’ sales experience, she most recently headed-up the in-house Field Sales team at Britvic Ireland. Prior to that she led the sales functions at both First Active Ireland and Eircomm.  At CPM she will be leading teams to deliver the full gamut of short or long term flexible field marketing solutions - including Syndicated, and Mystery Shopping.
